[1] Ho’ay to the filthy one, and the polluted one! The city of the one who oppresses!
[2] Not did she listen to the voice. Not did she take correction. In YA’OH she did not trust. To her god she did not come near.
[3] Her princes in the midst of her are lions who roar. Her judges are wolves of the evening. Not did they gnaw to the morning.
[4] Her prophets are insignificant, men of treacheries. Her priests have polluted holiness. Violence have they done to Thorah.
[5] YA’OH is righteous in the midst of her. Not will He do iniquity. Morning by morning His judgment will He bring to light. Not has it failed; and the unrighteous does not know shame.
[6] I have cut off peoples. Desolate are their corners. I have caused ruin to their streets, without a passerby. Destroyed are their cities, without a man, there is no inhabitant.
[7] I said: Surely you will fear me. You will take correction and their dwelling will not be cut off by everything which I have visited upon her. Surely did they rise up early. They corrupted all of their doings.
COMMENTARY OF TSAPAN-YA’OH 3:1-7
[Verse 1] Heathen bible interpreters believe the city being threatened by the prophet Tsapan-Ya’oh (Zephaniah) in this verse is the ancient city of Yaroshalam (Jerusalem). They are wrong. In verses 1-7 the prophet is talking about the capital city of the most powerful nation in the world, as we shall see. The city is reproached as filthy, polluted, and full of oppression.
[Verse 2] The city did not heed the voice, i.e. the voice of YA’OH, as heard in the books of the bible written by His prophets. The city has full access to the book but it refuses to accept the correction written therein. The city did not trust in YA’OH. Neither did it draw near to her own god. These last two clauses do not demand that YA’OH is the god of this city. The city is aware of the true Higher Power, but the city also has its own god, and even to her god she did not come near. In other words, the city in question has established a separation of the church and the state.
[Verse 3] The city’s princes are her high office holders, i.e. her senators. They are lions who roar, meaning like lions they use their voice to scare off threats from abroad, warn the pride of potential danger, or show off their power among other lions.
The city’s judges are wolves of the evening, meaning the judges of this doomed city must agree with each other in order to pass a ruling, just as wolves hunting in packs must work together and be in agreement. Moreover, the judges of this city are wolves of the evening because they wear black robes and operate in secrecy. Wolves are nocturnal predators and so are these judges. Not only do they wear black robes, they sit in black leather chairs, neatly spaced around a rectangular table. Their private/secret conference room is even distinguished by a black marble fireplace.
Not did they gnaw to the morning. Although their duty it is to administer justice and to set an example of equity, transparency, and virtue, their institution is hypocritical. When the Supreme Court of the United States agrees to hear a case, the only part of the process that’s open to the public are the oral arguments. The rest of the deliberations happen behind closed doors between the nine justices and their teams of law clerks. In other words, the meat is gnawed and devoured by them in the dark not in the morning light where the public can see. The overall secrecy of the institution is reinforced by its declining to allow cameras of any type into the courtroom, or to permit daily release of audiotapes from oral arguments on cases. They do not gnaw to the morning, they gnaw to themselves in secrecy and darkness.
[Verse 4] The word nabay’/נביא (prophet) simply means a spokesman of a Higher Power, i.e. a clergyman. The city in question has its clergy, the Archdiocese of Washington, but they are insignificant and lower rank. They are men of treacheries because their religious dogma is a lie. They are not preparing the 580,000 people of their faith community in the District of Columbia and five Maryland counties for a homeland in heaven with Jesus Christ after they die. That is a lie and a treacherous one. Her priests have polluted holiness. Violence have they done to Thorah. Her Catholic priests push the idolatry of the abomination of desolation which is the doctrine that says the laws of Thorah have been done away with by their idol Christ god. They are perverters and violators of Thorah, their devotion, their friendly smiles, and their innocent looking faces notwithstanding.
[Verse 5] YA’OH is righteous and He is everywhere, including in the midst of this wicked city, but He has nothing to do with the iniquity of it. Morning by morning, or with each passing day, the judgment of YA’OH is brought to the light, and His judgment is that the city in question is doomed to be utterly obliterated, and wiped off the face of the earth, but the inhabitants are oblivious to what’s coming and so they are not ashamed of their doings.
[Verses 6-7] YA’OH has destroyed peoples and nations that have not done wickedness anywhere near to what this city has done. He has completely ruined empires and emptied cities of inhabitants and passerby for lessor crimes. Verse 6 is preempting verse 7 because the city in question knows the history of the Higher Power’s operations in the world of nations and has not learned the lessons from them. Instead of fearing YA’OH so that it doesn’t suffer the same fate as those cities which He has completely destroyed, and lose its dwelling place, this city gets up early each morning in order to start its day to corrupt its ways. The city of Nineveh was pardoned when it repented, and the prophet Ya’ohnah (Jonah) was pissed about it. He knew YA’OH would pardon the city if the city repented, but later on when the city returned to its wicked ways it was obliterated by YA’OH. Washington, D.C. has never repented for its sins against my people, but it somehow thinks that what happened to Nineveh cannot happen to it. It’s playing a very dangerous game, and it is going to be destroyed.
[8] Therefore, wait you all for me, says YA’OH, for the day that I rise up to the prey; for my judgment is to gather peoples, to collect kingdoms, to pour out upon them my fury, all the fierceness of my rage. For by the fire of my jealousy will the entire earth be devoured.
[9] For then I will turn to the heathens the pure language, to call all of them upon the name YA’OH, to serve Him with one shoulder.
[10] From beyond the rivers of Chosh my intreaters, the daughter of my forcefully dispersed, they will bring my offering.
[11] In that day, you will not be ashamed from all of your transgressions which you transgressed against me, for then will I remove from among you the ones who rejoice of your rising up, and not will you anymore be haughty again in my holy mountain.
COMMENTARY OF TSAPAN-YA’OH 3:8-11
[Verse 8] Lachan (Therefore). This word quite clearly is meant to indicate that because the city being rebuked and threatened in verses 1-7 has behaved the way it has, and because it has refused to repent, YA’OH is going to rise up and destroy that city and also the whole earth along with it. What city could be so important that the destruction of the entire earth commences at that very city? That city can only be the capital city of the most powerful nation on earth, and that city is none other than Washington D.C.
Therefore, the doomed city cannot be Yaroshalam. For it was destroyed in 70 CE but not the whole earth along with it. When the city described in verses 1-7 is destroyed that will be when the fierceness of YA’OH’s rage is also poured out upon all the peoples of the world whom He has gathered and collected. It is not implied here that the nations will be gathered to Yaroshalam. That’s a different gathering that wont take place until after the tribes of Ya’oh-shar-al retake possession of the promised land (Ya’oh-al 3:1-2; Zachar-Ya’oh 14:2). The “gathering” and “collecting” in this verse merely expresses that YA’OH is the one who moves people around geographically and puts them in the places where He wants them to be so that they can universally and simultaneously be destroyed. His judgment is one embracing the entire earth, so whether or not the peoples of the world realize it, they are all being herded together into various places by Him for the reason He states in this verse.
YA’OH created the world to support life (Yashai-Ya’oh 45:18). He also made it so that it can be a death trap when He decides to destroy life, and there are no exit doors in this crowded theatre. Only the ones wise enough to be waiting for YA’OH will be spared when He rises up to the prey. The prophets tell us that the ones waiting for YA’OH will be the ones He brings out of captivity in an Exodus from the land of pyramids in the west, where Washington D.C. is located, to the islands of the east where they will renew their strength. The verses of scripture where this truth may be read are Zachar-Ya’oh (Zechariah) 10:8-12 and Yashai-Ya’oh (Isaiah) 40:31; 41:1-2, and there are many more like these. The awakened remnant of Ya’oh-shar-al are the ones who wait on YA’OH, and they will mount up with wings of eagles, i.e. their mode of transportation will be to fly high through the skies in airplanes, and go to the islands of the east to renew their strength as a people. The exact location is the islands from where the true name of the Creator is being proclaimed by a man from the north who relocates to the east where the sun rises (Yashai-Ya’oh 41:25). I am that man.
The Exodus that YA’OH has me leading is an Exodus of one by one (Yashai-Ya’oh 27:12-13), i.e. a few at a time, from all parts of the New World, the land of pyramids par excellence. This is where YA’OH in His wrath made the slave ships bring our ancestors by force during the transatlantic slave trade, and the harvesting is happening right now as I write these words.
[Verse 9] Chay az/כי־אז (For then). It is sad that so many people have been misled to believe this verse does not have to be read in the context of the eight verses that preceded it in this chapter. Clearly it must. The plan of YA’OH is to make the shapah barorah/שפה ברורה (the pure language), the language He speaks, the language He wrote on two tablets of stone and told Mashah to put them inside of the Ark of the Covenant, that language, He plans to make that language to be what the world speaks. Every kingdom has its own official language and people in that kingdom must know how to speak that language. It will be no different when YA’OH establishes His kingdom over the whole earth. The heathens will have to speak His language in His kingdom because His language will be mandatory.
The plural noun ghamaym/עמים (heathens) proves that this verse 9 is not talking about when the pure language returns to the chosen people. It is talking about when it will turn to heathens, and heathens are depicted in this verse as beasts of burden that will be laboring together with a single yoke over their shoulders in their common submission and service to YA’OH. These will be the heathens who survive the destruction vividly described in verse 8. We know there will be heathen strangers who survive and some will be servants of Ya’oh-shar-al according to Yashai-Ya’oh 14:1-2 and Ya’oh-al 2:29.
Question: Is it logical to suppose that heathen strangers, some of whom will be the servants and the handmaids of Ya’oh-shar-al, learn to speak the pure language before the chosen people, or at the same time as their masters?
If your answer to this question is yes something is seriously wrong in the way your brain works. Masters teach their servants. Masters give their servants their culture. Masters determine what their servants learn and what they believe. YA’OH does not reveal anything without revealing it to His prophet (Ghamos [Amos] 3:7), and He sends His prophets to His own people. That means His prophet and leader will be the one to restore the pure language to His people, and no prophet of YA’OH can be a stranger. The days when a heathen stranger could be a prophet ended when the heathen prophet Bal-gham (Balaam) was put to death for telling heathens how to destroy us (Thorah 4 [Numbers] 31:8).
Notice that the people who make up the Exodus remnant will have an appointed chief as their leader (Hoshai 1:11), who is called ha-parats/הפרץ (the breaker), who is their king, and who breaks through the gate and moves to the second wilderness before they do (May’chah 2:13). These people and their leader will be speaking the pure language, i.e. no longer speaking with just the tongue of the stammerers (the ones speaking foreign babble), but ready to speak tsakoth/צחות (dazzling, clearly, glowing, serene, pure) according to Yashai-Ya’oh 32:1-4. Yashai-Ya’oh 32:4 is talking about the same language that Tsapan-Ya’oh 3:9 is talking about, and according to the prophets this pure and holy language comes back in the days of a leader who will govern the remnant with judgment in the second wilderness.
Therefore, the pure language returns to the chosen people via a prophet who sends a righteous remnant to the second wilderness on the wings of eagles. He sends the captives out without price or reward (Yashai-Ya’oh 45:13). The pure language does not turn to the heathens prior to its being restored to the people of YA’OH by this appointed leader, but rather afterwards. I am that leader. When I began proclaiming the name YA’OH in 7246 (2017) from these islands in the east, and prophesying in His name that there would an Exodus six years later in 7252 (2023), people thought I was full of pride and that I suffered from delusions of grandeur, but what I said in His name six years ago is happening. YA’OH has not let my words fall to the ground, and He has not let me be put to shame. This is not about me. This is about Him. People are so busy looking at me, and trying to find fault with me, that they cannot see that the hand of YA’OH is doing all of this. I don’t lose because He is my defense and He never loses. He is undefeated.
Now let’s go back to this word az/אז (then). The demonstrative adverb is time-specific. It means “at that time.” At what time? At the time when YA’OH rises up to the prey and destroys the whole earth, as stated in verse 8. That’s the time when He will turn the pure language to the heathens who survive. He will do it by the hand of His prophet. However, He does not rise up to the prey until AFTER He has brought His remnant out of captivity in an Exodus to the islands of the east. He brings them to the second wilderness in order to shelter them from the storms (Yashai-Ya’oh 32:15-20).
[Verse 10] The verb ghathar/עתר in this verse means, “to intreat, to beg, to implore, to make an earnest request or petition for (something).” It is a plural noun in this verse with a pronominal suffix in the 1st person, i.e. ghatharay/עתרי (my intreaters). The intreaters of YA’OH are the people He forcefully scattered and dispersed in His wrath BEYOND the rivers of Chosh, i.e. BEYOND the African continent, and had them shipped to the New World during the slave trade.
Those Africans, and many others, who are attempting to use this verse to say that “Israelites” are still in Africa today are deceiving themselves. This verse clearly says the intreaters of YA’OH were forcefully dispersed BEYOND the rivers of Chosh, not simply AMONG those rivers, but rather BEYOND them. That means clear past the continent of Africa in a westward direction away from the prophet’s location which takes you across the Atlantic ocean to the New Word. The “intreaters” are Only Middle Passage People (OMPP), the only people to be forcefully dispersed beyond the African continent across the Atlantic ocean to the land of pyramids in the New World, and this is why they are the only so-called “Israelites” in this world. They are the only people who fit the litmus test of the curse of curses recorded in Thorah 5.28:68. The correct pronunciation of their name is Ya’oh-shar-al, a vocative expression meaning “YA’OH! A prince of Al,” because our forefather Ya’oh-ghakab (Jacob) became a prince of Al (the Higher Power) when he overcame the messenger from heaven in hand-to-hand combat.
The intreaters of YA’OH, forcefully dispersed beyond Chosh, are the ones who make an Exodus from the lands of their captivity in the New World to the second wilderness in the islands of the east. That is where they will bring the offering of YA’OH when they build His tabernacle in the islands of the east. You cannot bring Him an offering unless there is a tabernacle to bring it to; and this is what defines them as His intreaters: they will implore YA’OH to grant them with the means and everything they will need to build His tabernacle so they can bring Him His offerings, and He will grant their earnest request.
Chah amar YA’OH (Thus says YA’OH), galothay yashalakh (My captives will he send out), wa-ho’ yabanah ghayray (and he will build my city) – Yashai-Ya’oh 45:13.
[Verse 11] Ba-yom ha-ho’/ביום ההוא (In that day). Or, after that time; we will no longer be ashamed of our past wrong doings because we will have His tabernacle among us, and our guilt and our punishment will have ceased. We will be fully pardoned and fully reformed when He dwells amongst us again in His tabernacle. He will remove the ones among us who rejoice of our rising up because these people are phonies. They are only here for a free meal ticket. They do not love YA’OH with their whole heart and they do not fear Him and keep His laws. They were able to sneak in because they talked the talk, but they will be removed, once He exposes them, because they do not walk the walk. There will be no haughty ones among us in the holy mountain of YA’OH in the second wilderness where His city and His tabernacle will be built.
[12] And I will let there remain among you an afflicted and poor nation, and they will trust in the name YA’OH.
[13] The remnant of Ya’oh-shar-al, not will they do iniquity, and not will they speak a lie, and not will there be found in their mouths a tongue of deceit; for they will feed and lie down, and there is not the one making afraid.
[14] Sing, daughter of Tsayon! Shout out loud, Ya’oh-shar-al! Be happy and rejoice with all your heart, daughter of Yaroshalam!
[15] YA’OH has removed your judgments. He has cornered your enemy. The king of Ya’oh-shar-al is YA’OH among you! Not will you fear evil again!
[16] In that day it will be said to Yaroshalam, Do not be afraid, Tsayon. Do not let them become weak your hands!
[17] YA’OH, your Higher Power in the midst of you, is a mighty man. He will save. He will rejoice upon you with happiness. He will cause rest in His love. He will joy upon you with singing!
COMMENTARY OF TSAPAN-YA’OH 3:12-17
[Verse 12] The remnant go to the islands of the east in their Exodus. The Philippine archipelago is the location of the second wilderness. The locals who live there are, for the most part, an afflicted and poor nation. The numbers from the most recent survey carried out by the Filipino government speak for themselves. According to the survey in 2022, there were over 5.6 million Filipino families living in dire and extreme poverty. Considering the size of the average Filipino family (six persons), this translates to around 33 million Filipinos living in perennial abject poverty with no hope for a better future. Because I was born and raised in captivity in the U.S.A. I was brainwashed by its media machine to think that poverty in the U.S.A. was the worst of its kind. I was wrong. Compared to the kind of poverty that exists in the Philippines, there is no poverty in the U.S.A. This may be hyperbole on my part, but what you see in the Philippines simply does not exist in the U.S.A.
This verse 12 is talking about the millions of poor Filipinos who will be converted to the ways of Thorah and will call upon the name YA’OH. They will do so because the remnant living among them will inspire them and teach them. The people of these islands in the east are waiting for my Thorah and they will trust in it (Yashai-Ya’oh 42:4).
[Verse 13] The remnant will be a holy people in the second wilderness. They will prosper in that place and there will be no one there who makes them afraid.
[Verse 14] The remnant will be too busy singing and having fun in YA’OH to care about the destruction and chaos that the world outside the wilderness will be plunged into during the wonder years of a time, times, and half.
[Verse 15] Our judgments and curses will be removed when we are settled in the second wilderness. Our enemy number 1, i.e. the United States of America, will be cornered and neutralized. YA’OH will be our King of kings, and for as long as we remain in the wilderness we will never see evil. When we leave the wilderness after a time, times, and a half and go reclaim the promised land, we will see evil when Gog invades our, but we will prevail and destroy him.
[Verse 16] Ba-yom ha-ho’/ביום ההוא (In that day). Or, after that time that we settle in the second wilderness, we will no longer be afraid, and our hands will no longer be weakened. We will have no oppressors to weaken them anymore.
[Verse 17] Our time spent in the second wilderness will be glorious. YA’OH will be with us, saving us, rejoicing with us, giving us rest in His love, and even singing with us! We have seen many verses of scripture that talk about how we will be singing in the wilderness in the east where the sun rises (e.g. Hoshai 2:14-15; Yashai-Ya’oh 24:15-16). This verse says YA’OH Himself will also be singing with us while we are there. He will walk amongst us again like He did in the days of old because His tabernacle will be with us in the city of Yaroshalam upon the Mountain of Tsayon in the wilderness (Yashai-Ya’oh 4:5-6).
[18] The ones vexed for the appointed feast, I will gather from out of you. They were a burden upon it, a reproach.
[19] Behold I am the one doing all that afflicted you at that time, but I will save her that is halting, and her that is forcefully driven will I gather, and I will give them for praise, and for a name, in every land that is shaming them.
[20] At the time that I will bring you, even in that time I am gathering you, that I will give you for a name, and for a praise among all nations of the earth; when I have reversed your captivity before your eyes, says YA’OH.
COMMENTARY OF TSAPAN-YA’OH 3:18-20
[Verse 18] The ones vexed for the appointed feast, i.e. apparently those who were irritated by the feasts of YA’OH and did not wish to observe them according to the law but according to their own design. These are they who frustrate the law and burden it and reproach it with their own made up practices. There are many of our people who doing this in their so-called Hebrew Israelite camps. They make up their own version of the feast days and call them Passover, Weeks, Tabernacles, but they deviate from the written word. They will not be brought to the wilderness with the remnant.
[Verse 19] YA’OH is the one who has been behind all of our affliction and our curses. He used our enemies to punish us, but now He will save His remnant, bring them to the wilderness in the east, and get them praise and fame in all of those lands in the west where they had been put to shame.
[Verse 20] At the time that I will bring you. The Exodus of the remnant is well underway. More than 70 souls have already been harvested and many more will follow. When it is all said and done, when He has finished reversing our captivity before our eyes as He is doing now, He will make us to be praised among all nations of the earth. Those nations will be in decline and will be suffering catastrophic calamities during the wonder years of a time, times, and a half as they witness our dramatic rise. They will be confounded at the sight of all of our might as we rest securely in isolation in our wooded mountain heights (May’chah 7:14-16), and as we speak the pure language again, the language of our Rock. Our Rock has a name.
His name is YA’OH
Always has been. Always will be.
