“My outcasts” are OMPP brought by ships to the land of pyramids in the Americas during slavery, fulfilling Deuteronomy 28:68.
YA’OH, thru His prophet Yashai-Ya’oh (Isaiah), is giving Moabites an order to receive His outcasts and for their country to be a place of protection for them.
Genetically, the Moabites are children of Lot son of Haran. Haran and his brother Nakhor are both D-haplogroup. Their brother Abrahm is the father of E-haplogroup. Their father Tharakh was DE-haplogroup. I explain all of this in detail in the video “Brought By Ships” Part 3.
The Moabites were scattered from their original homeland in northwest Arabia by YA’OH and they wandered to the lands of the far east. This prophecy in Yashai-Ya’oh 16:4 is pinpointing where the second wilderness is located in those lands of the far east. The OMPP outcasts of YA’OH, a sample/remnant of all 13 of His tribes of Ya’ohsharal, are to go live among Moabites and be sheltered by them in their country in the far east when the days of the oppression of the chosen people in the land of pyramids comes to an end.
