I Want That Purple Stuff

Grape drank
Hoshai (Hosea) 3:1-5

[1] wA-ya’amar YA’OH al-ay ghod lach ahb ashah ahbath rai wa-mana’apath cha-ahbath YA’OH ath banay Ya’oh-shar-al wa-ham panaym al alah’aym akharaym wa-ahba-ay ashayshay ghanabaym
And YA’OH said to me again: Go love a woman, the lover of a kinsman and an adulteress, as the loving of YA’OH the children of Ya’oh-shar-al, and they are ones turning to other gods, and ones loving the squeeze of grapes.

[2] wa-achar-ha lay ba-khamashah ghashar chasap wa-khamar shai’raym wa-la-thach shai’raym
and I will purchase her to me with 15 silver and a khamar of barley and la-thach of barley

[3] wa-amar alay-ha yamaym rabaym thashabay lay la thazanay wa-la thah’ay’ay la-aysh wa-gam anay alaych
and I said to her: Many days will you return to me; not will you hoe, and not will you be for a man; and also I am yours.

[4] chay yamaym rabaym yashabo banay Ya’oh-shar-al ayn malach wa-ayn shar wa-ayn zabakh wa-ayn matsbah wa-ayn apad wa-tharapaym
for many days will they return, the children of Ya’oh-shar-al. There is no king, and there is no prince, and there is no sacrifice, and there is no standing pillar, and there is no chest pouch and tharapaym.

[5] akhar yashabo banay Ya’oh-shar-al wA-bakasho ath YA’OH alah’ay-ham wa-ath dod malach-am wA-pakhado al YA’OH wa-al tob-o ba-akharayth ha-yamaym
afterwards will they return, the children of Ya’oh-shar-al, and they will seek YA’OH their Higher Power, and Beloved their king; and they will be awed by YA’OH and by His goodness in the last days.

COMMENTARY OF HOSHAI 3:1-5

[Verse 1] The way in which the heathens have translated this chapter into English is blasphemous. The prophet Hoshai is not being commanded by YA’OH to break a law of YA’OH and take a married woman. The order is to go love a woman who is the lover of a rai (kinsmen), i.e. the wife of a man of Ya’oh-shar-al, and she is an mana’apath (adulteress), but it should be obvious to anyone familiar with Thorah that the prophet will only be able to do that when her husband is dead.

For whatever the reason, the woman’s adultery was believed but she was not put to death for her adultery, perhaps because the necessary two or three witnesses could not be produced, but the prophet will not marry her while her husband is still alive or the prophet would be guilty of adultery himself, and he too should be put to death.

The prophet is to love the woman according to the love YA’OH demonstrates to His people, and that love does not compromise His laws. He will redeem them and be their husband only when they stop sinning, and not one nano second before. He will not redeem them while they are engaged in the very act of adultery, i.e. not while they are panaym al alah’aym akharaym (ones turning to other gods); and also not when they are ahba-ay ashayshay ghanabaym (ones loving bottles of squeezed grapes).

That last statement is not only an insult, it is a time stamp. The text is not “love flagons of wine” as the 1611 Queen James Virus and other English bibles would have you wrongly believe. The word ashaysh (from a root meaning to press, to squeeze) does refer to a container for holding liquid to drink, but the word ghanab means grape. The word for wine is yayn not ghanab. The ashaysh container is holding the liquid of squeezed grapes, i.e. grape drink.

There is no direct evidence that the people of ancient Ya’oh-shar-al were particularly fond of non-alcoholic grape juice, but there is a mountain of evidence that their descendants in the land of the pyramids in the New World became enamored with grape beverages when they were introduced in the late 19th century, and this is the time stamp.

Dave Chapelle

Dave Chapelle did not invent the ‘grape drink’ stereotype for black people. It was already there long before he was born. We all laughed at his joke because its true and many of us can relate. Artificially sweetened drinks mimicking the color and flavor of fruits became popular in the rural southern United States, and a whole lot of Middle Passage people have roots in the rural South, myself included.

What we learn is that YA’OH used His prophet Hoshai to foretell a negative stereotype about His people thousands of years before it would even exist. He did this in order to indicate the period of time the people of Ya’oh-shar-al will be living in when a remnant of them begins to emerge and return to YA’OH. Their Higher Power punished them by forcing them to worship gods of wood and stone in the Americas where He scattered them in His wrath during slavery. He also subjected them to a number of degrading racial stereotypes, and grape drink is just one of them. The period in which the grape drink stereotype developed was the late 19th century, the same period when Middle Passage people began awakening to their lost identity and to the need of keeping the commandments in order for their curses to be lifted. YA’OH was not going to take them back to be His people and His wife until after they had reached this point. Likewise, the prophet Hoshai is not to take the adulteress as his wife until she is no longer an adulteress and she is ready and willing to do what is right in the eyes of YA’OH.

[Verse 2] The prophet is not telling readers in this verse what the going market rate was for taking an adulteress to be a man’s wife. He is telling us something else. The value of a khamar of barley seed was set at 50 shakals of silver (Thorah 3.27:16). The lathach dry measure was half of the khamar. Thus, the prophet is giving this woman the equivalence of 15 + 50 + 25 = 90 shakals of silver, which was a hell of a lot of money back then. One shakal of silver was a full day’s wage. Today that’s roughly $300.00, and 90 * $300.00 = $27,000.00!

Why so much money when it cannot be believed that a woman with her reputation could expect to receive that much for her hand in marriage? We know from Thorah 2.21:32 that a servant was valued at 30 shakals, or one-third of what Hoshai is paying the adulteress. The meaning of the riddle in verse 2 is now crystal clear. The adulteress is being valued at 90 shakals of silver for the three times YA’OH purchased Ya’oh-shar-al to be His servant. The first time was the Exodus under Mashah (Moses). The second time was the end of the Assyrian and Babylonian exiles under Zar-babal (Zerubbabel). The third and final time is the Exodus that is taking place now from the land of pyramids in the New World under a ravenous bird.

[Verse 3] The transaction did not automatically make the adulteress the prophet’s wife. As I stated earlier, Hoshai would be an adulterer himself if he takes her to be his wife while her husband is still living. The transaction guaranteed that she will return and become his wife after many days transpire, and her husband died prior to the transaction. Her life and her reputation as a hoe will be behind her when she comes around to the prophet, and she will be committed to the prophet as his wife for ever, and he will be committed to her. She will become fully restored.

[Verse 4] Like adulteress the children of Ya’oh-shar-al will return to YA’OH when many days have transpired. During those many days they won’t have any of those items which set them apart from all other nations as a people holy unto YA’OH. They won’t have a malach (a king) from one of their own tribes. They won’t have a governing shar (a prince, captain). They won’t have a zabakh (a sacrifice). There won’t be a matsbah (standing pillar), a monument erected to mark a particular site as significant (Thorah 1.28:18). They won’t have the apad (the chest pouch) worn by the high priest. Nor will there be tharapaym, which in this instance must refer collectively to the two oracle objects inside the apad that the high priest used to declare the will of YA’OH to an enquirer. This list is not intended to be exhaustive. The people will lose everything including their language and even the memory of who they really are (Thorah 5.32:26) during those many days of worshipping pagan gods, and towards the end of those many days they will be stereotyped disparagingly as lovers of grape drink. Only one race of people fit this description and they are the children of the trans-Atlantic slave trade.

[Verse 5] akhar yashabo banay Ya’oh-shar-al (afterwards will they return, the children of Ya’oh-shar-al). This is happening now. There is only one people in this world who are seeking after the Higher Power by His one true name YA’OH. They are the remnant of the children of the trans-Atlantic slave trade, and they are being gathered by YA’OH to the second wilderness by the hand of His servant the ravenous bird. They are seeking YA’OH and they are following the man YA’OH raised up to lead them to the second wilderness. He is their king dod (beloved), which is another title and an epithet for that man called the ravenous bird and not a proper name. He will be the one YA’OH uses to restore all that has been lost during those many days of the curses. What was lost will be recovered during the time spent in the second wilderness, and the people gathered there will be awestruck by YA’OH and His goodness as they witness all of this happen.

His name is YA’OH
Always has been. Always will be.

  1. Shamashon Ban Ya'ohsharal

WOW, every informational blog you put out DOD GHAYT is really really messing me up, in a good way of course. Because quiet as it’s kept a lot of the things you’ve spoken about and brought up are actually things I’ve felt, but for some reason, bonk that! because of the curses, we have been subjected to, and because of my own Stuburn stiff neck and rebellious self, I probably wouldn’t have seen it if it was smackin’ me right in the face anyway. AKH GHAYT stay strong healthy and wise BAN because I need you to keep feeding me this TOB MA`AD PARAY from YA`OH SAPAR [THORAH/THAIODAH]. I’m definitely doing everything in this concrete jungle to get the hell out of here so that someday I can meet my TAS`AN of YA`OHSHARALAY MASHPAKHAH in MADBAR. SHALOM MABAYN Ya`ohdah. YA`OH GHALAYON.

  2. This prophecy makes more sense to me than those people in the church houses did. They would only come to your church to speak as they call it if you pay money for them to bring their entire church and their armabearer entourages with them. They would speak, but require special amounts of money’s that you give in order to be told about the troubles in your life and why your church house isn’t growing as it should. Sounds like fortune telling to me now that I think about it. I’m glad that’s over. I’m very glad and is happy reading these blogs of truth, commentary and prophecies because YÂ’ŌH knew we were going to need this in order to be redeemed by him if we do as his will says so. Thōdah La Yâ’ōh Âlâh’āym for sending us your for real prophet The Ravenous Bird Yâ’ōhdah Ban Dōr to be the one you chose to gather your children (Yâ’ōh-shar-al) back unto you called the Second Exodus (Wilderness) relearning who we are and relearning your holy name, your holy language and the testimonies of the prophets and most importantly The Sâpâr of YÂ’ŌH (Thorah)! Thodah La Yâ’ōh Âlâh’āym for without the Thōrah and Thaīōhdahs, we would still be lost and still would be living up under the curses in the lands of our enemies. All Chabod La Yâ’ōh unto you YÂ’ŌH our Âlâh’āym Higher Power. Sha’lōm

  3. Halalo ath Ya’Oh for Ravenous Bird! Prophecies prophesied was never understood until he flew to the Far East. His timing can never be underestimated as no one but Him knew. How amazing His power and design can reveal the truth, the truth that can set His beloved children free.
